Creating Your Nova Account
Getting started with Nova takes less than two minutes. Here's how to set up your account and start tracking your net worth.
Sign Up
- Head to novanetworth.com and click Get Started.
- Enter your email address and create a password — or sign up with Google for one-click access.
- Check your inbox for a verification email from Nova. Click the Verify Email link to confirm your account.
- If you don't see the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. You can also click Resend Verification on the login page.
Your First Login
Once verified, log in and you'll land on the onboarding flow. Nova will walk you through:
- Connecting your first bank account via Plaid (totally optional — you can skip this and add accounts manually)
- Setting up your profile with a display name
- Choosing your goals so Charlie, your AI financial assistant, can give you personalized insights
A Few Tips
- Use a strong, unique password. Nova takes security seriously, and so should you.
- Google sign-in is the fastest way to get going — no password to remember.
- You can always update your email or password later from Settings.
After onboarding, you'll land on your Dashboard where your net worth journey begins. Don't worry if it looks empty at first — once you connect accounts or add assets, everything populates automatically.
