Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 18 years old
• One account per person

• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Share your account with others

The Service, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Nova and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

Your data remains yours. We claim no ownership over your financial information.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform maintenance with advance notice when possible
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

• Nova is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for financial decisions based on our data

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any)
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• You: Delete your account anytime in Settings
• Us: For violations of these terms or illegal activity

Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
