Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Analytics Data Collection

Allow Nova to collect anonymised usage data (via Google Analytics) to improve the product. No personal financial data is shared.

Targeted Advertising

Allow Nova to use data for interest-based advertising. Nova does not currently run ad campaigns, but this preference will apply if we do.

Essential / Functional (Required)

Authentication, security, and core app functionality. These cannot be disabled — Nova cannot function without them.

Your CCPA / CPRA Rights

Right to Know: Request disclosure of the personal information Nova collects, uses, discloses, and shares about you.
Right to Delete: Request deletion of personal information Nova holds about you, subject to certain exceptions.
Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information Nova holds about you.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: Nova does not sell your personal information. Use the controls above to opt out of sharing for targeted advertising.
Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: Request that Nova limit the use of sensitive personal information (e.g. financial account numbers) to what is necessary to perform the service.
Right to Non-Discrimination: Nova will not deny you service, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised your privacy rights.

Nova Does Not Sell Your Personal Information

Nova has never sold personal information and will never sell your data to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration as defined under CCPA/CPRA.
