Cancelling Your Subscription
We'd hate to see you go, but cancelling your Nova subscription is straightforward. Here's everything you need to know.
How to Cancel
- Log in to your Nova account
- Navigate to Settings → Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm your cancellation when prompted
Your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again after cancellation.
What Happens to Your Data
After cancellation:
- Your account and data remain accessible in read-only mode for 30 days
- Connected bank accounts will stop syncing immediately
- Historical net worth data, transactions, and snapshots are preserved during the 30-day window
- After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted unless you resubscribe
We recommend exporting your data before cancelling if you'd like to keep a copy.
Re-subscribing
Changed your mind? You can resubscribe at any time:
- Within 30 days: Your existing data and connected accounts will be fully restored. Just log in and choose a plan.
- After 30 days: You'll start fresh with a new account setup, since your previous data will have been removed.
Refunds
Nova subscriptions are billed in advance. We don't offer partial refunds for unused time, but your access continues through the end of the billing cycle. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll make it right.
